This is a Wagner 221T made by the Sentinel Radio Corporation.  

The only item left to do is replace the Dial Scale cover with a better looking plastic.  I formed a replacement from clear plastic, the dial bezel and a heat gun.  It was tricky but did not quite meet my requirements.
