J-Pole Antennas for 2 Meters I made the 300 ohm twin lead model using foam filled and an MFJ 259b analyzer. All of the dimensions had to be adjusted for best SWR and bandwidth. The coax attachment point is considerably shorter than spec.

5/8-WAVE COLLINEAR "OUTSIDE PVC" 2-METER 146 MHz FM J-POLE - Done. My performance over the months has not proven better than a ground plane. But it was a fun exercise in adjusting a Jpole's SWR.
